Yes there may be, please call to find a location near you, drop off is by appointment only.

We support most brands of home sewing machines with the exception of:

Bernina

We only support Virtuoso, Aurora, Artista, Activa, and any other "white plastic shell" Bernina machines.

We DO NOT support any of the newer models with the black/gray cover. Any model with a "B" in the model name (e.g., B830) is NOT included. These machines require Bernina-specific tools which have not been made available to the public.

Viking Epic Series

We DO NOT support Epic 1, 2, 3, 4, 95Q, or 97Q. All other home domestic Viking models are supported.

Commercial/Industrial Machines

Are currently not supported.

Longarm Machines

Yes, we can diagnose and potentially fix issues with computerized components.

If your sewing machine is still under warranty or listed as one we do not support, then your local authorized dealer should service your machine.

No, parts are a separate cost. Approval is required prior to ordering or installation.

No, this is a complex and time consuming repair and rarely worth the cost.

We service all our machines on a first come, first serve basis. We service every machine as quickly as possible, but ordering parts or specialized equipment will delay any service.

Our goal is to have every machine returned within 7 days depending on backlog and order status.
